  1. An online reservation request or full payment is required to secure your reservation. Once the booking has been processed, you will receive a Reservation Confirmation email that outlines a summary of your booking. Please review the information carefully and contact us if you have any questions or require any changes. This email will also include important information that we urge you to read to ensure your stay at Annes Luxury Suites is issue free.
  2. An upfront online payment reservation can also be made for a later date at the Welcome desk.
  3. Please review our Cancellation Policy below. Securing your reservation with a cash payment means you accept the terms of our Cancellation Policy.
  4.  We accept only cash and POS payments on arrival at the moment. Online Debit and Credit card payments will soon be made available.
  5. No room charge for children under 12 years occupying same room with parents.
  6. Rates are subject to change without notice.
  7. Pets are not permitted in the hotel rooms and restaurant.
  8. Loss of key card or damages to hotel properties will attract a fine (Confirm from the Welcome desk)

Cancellation Policy


We understand that sometimes plans change. So we have made it easy for our valued guests at Annes Luxury Suites by making our cancellation policies a true win-win.

Year round refund.

For cash reservations made upfront, right up until 24 hours before your check in date (1 day), you can cancel for any reason and receive a 100% refund (you win!). And we hope that you appreciate this policy and will come back to stay with us (we win!).

Failure to cancel a cash reservation made upfront before 24 hours to the arrival date will attract 50% forfeit of the deposited amount.

Non-cash online reservations should also be cancelled in not less than 24 hours to the arrival date.
